Cathy Conley joined the staff in April of 2013.  Her office experience includes being the Administrative Assistant to the Assistant City Manager, Airport Manager, and Planning and Zoning at the City of Page as well as serving as Deputy City Clerk.  Cathy attended Bartlesville Wesleyan College (Wesleyan University) and continued her education at Yavapai and Coconino Colleges. 

Personal:  Cathy married her high school sweetheart, Jim, on May 26, 1979, and God gave them the gift of three children.  Now Cathy is happy being a grandmother.  Her favorite verse in the bible is Jeremiah 33:3 – “Call to Me and I will answer you and tell you great and incomprehensible things you do not know.”

Interests:  One of Cathy’s enjoyment comes from her music.  She is a member of the praise team and says that the music lifts her spirits no matter how her day has gone.  Cathy also enjoys many different crafts such as sewing, beading, and quilting.  When time allows, Cathy can be found in her garden during the summer enjoying the warmth of the day surrounded by her Chihuahuas and her brood of hens and ducks.
